Purchases made on the TravisMathew ecommerce site (travismathew.co.in ) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 14 days from shipment delivery but the customer should ensure that the product is un-used, un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.

Returns of online purchases can be initiated by clicking the Return button and entering in all required information. Once the return is initiated, the TravisMathew team will arrange return pickup and within 7 Working days Quality team will inspect and initiate a Refund in the same form as the original payment.

In case, the product is returned to the warehouse found to be used, washed, or worn & without original packaging and tags then the return request will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer.
