Returns of online purchases can be initiated by clicking Return button and entering in all required information. Once return is initiated, TravisMathew team will arrange return pickup and with 7 Working days Quality team will inspect and initiate Refund in the same form as the original payment.
In case, product returned to warehouse found to be used, washed or worn & without original packaging and tags then the return request will be rejected, and product will be returned to customer.
